For the project Indian Brides I worked with Asime Can Özözer. These films are carefully staged performances where she represented different brides. The Bollywood bride washes herself in a pool of yellow flowers. The Counting Bride is a portrait of a bride counting till 15, the film is shown on a object made out of soft tingling shells. The washing widow shows a woman who washes her bridal make up back again. The film was show on a blanked waving in the wind with red paint on the bottom.
